The central air in Room 56 was not working, & someone put in a window air conditioner. The room was 75 degrees because heat was coming in from the side of the window unit. It was over 100degrees on July 4th.
Luckily we were able to change rooms and Room 22 was nice & cool.
The staff is lovely!

The Langham NYC is truly a home away from home. From the moment we left our car, to the check-in, the club lounge staff, etc, everyone is trying their best to make us feel welcomed. It makes travelling so much more pleasurable when you know that even the tiniest details will be taken care of.
Our room was spacious. The club lounge, in my humble opinion, is a star. It’s so nice after a day packed full of activities to come to the lounge to “wine-down” or “champagne-down”
I also enjoyed meeting like minded guests at the lounge to have a great conversation
All-in-all, an excellent hotel and calming experience, a bit of a hideout from the overstimulating nature of NYC

Quarto muito espaçoso, tinha uma ante-sala com um lavabo. De manhã podia-se ouvir buzinas de carros e sons vindo de fora. Localização era boa, consegui fazer tudo a pé e metrô que é muito próximo.

The NoblDen Hotel was amazing! I would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC. It was close to Little Italy, ChinaTown, SOHO, and a great spot from which to navigate Manhattan. The rooms were so clean, comfortable, and it was awesome to have a balcony and the rooftop to see the city.
The staff was extremely courteous and helpful! Highly recommend!

I love the location to be near my daughter in Murray hill. I didn’t like that I arrived at 9:30am on a Tuesday and they didn’t let me check in early even though rooms were available. She said it would be an early check in charge. I usually stay at Bonvoy properties and that would never happen. The room was fine. The bed and pillows very comfortable and the halls clean. Lobby nice sitting areas and friendly staff at the door. Overall good
