The central air in Room 56 was not working, & someone put in a window air conditioner. The room was 75 degrees because heat was coming in from the side of the window unit. It was over 100degrees on July 4th.
Luckily we were able to change rooms and Room 22 was nice & cool.
The staff is lovely!

They have a very professional manager named George. He knows how to listen and solve problems. The property is very nice and quiet.
They pay attention treating each other person as if they were the only guest present.
It take a years to cultivate that kind of of a customer service.
I observed the interaction it was great.

The outdoor pool was too small and didn’t stay open long enough
The shower in our room didn’t have hot water and with the 2 knobs it was hard to figure out which way to turn which knob for different shower heads
Staff was super nice - our housekeeper was the sweetest girl she did a perfect job.
