Excellent experience at the RIU Manhattan Times Square Hotel. The professionalism started the moment we walked into the hotel until we checked out 5 days later. Extremely clean room, comfortable beds and roomy (for a NY hotel where space is gold). Thank you to the entire RIU staff for making us feel comfortable in our home away from home for a week!

Not nearly as comparable to other 5 stars in Manhattan. Rooms and elevators are dated. No coffee machine in the room. No mini bar or snacks for purchase in room. Shower was dated and had moldy tiles. Room was simple, nothing lavish or luxurious. Staff was helpful but not overly welcoming and warm. Will not stay again for the price.
