Room was great, amenities were great, only objection was the pillows or lack thereof.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Great location

Clean well maintained apartment style room. Great location for trains, busses and light rail with an easy walk to ferries and opera house. Even the external building maintenance was not a great impediment to our stay.

Very well located pet friendly hotel that didn’t cost too much. We’ll definitely be back.

Clean room, good location, nice pool area, good spaces for work, nice rooftop bar

The accomodation was fantastic. Very clean and well appointed room. The only downside was the location. Unfortunately, the Woolooware Bay centre is a bit quiet. Lots of closed restaurants and shops. That said, if you have a car and don’t mind driving to restaurants, I would highly recommend.

No towels in the pool. No slippers or toothbrush if required. No coffee machine. All of these available in other comparably priced hotels. A security deposit against damage is unacceptable. Nobody else does it and even though the delay in returning, Is within a few days of checking out, it is still unacceptable. That aside the room we had was large but looking a little worn. I would not return.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

The room was in need of updating - peeling paint around doors etc - the front desk is only manned from 9 - 5 - the neighbourhood did not feel very safe - however it was easy to get to transit, walk to botanical gardens and the opera house
