From start to finish the service was fantastic.

The hotel was beautiful, but the common areas were open to the outside and cold. Lovely room, but the water pressure in the shower was very low. No free upgrade was offered. I was told one free bottle of wine per night with my VIP status. But I was given one cheap bottle of wine the first night and that was it - the wine was of such poor quality we did not ask for more. The staff was friendly and professional.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Super friendly and efficient in the office. And when we got up to the room it was everything we wanted and more. Will definitely be using again on our next trip to Brisbane. Thank you for setting a great tone for the rest of our Holiday!

Great breakfast, close to shopping and transport.

Beds are super comfy, area is trendy and efficient access to areas around Sydney. Lots of nice places to eat and drink.

We loved staying here. Was spacious, clean and convenient. Bus stops about 100m up the road which is easy to get everywhere including the airport. The pools were great and right on the beach

Excellent location, just few mins walk to QVB, Townhall & Darling Harbour, lots of restaurants nearby. The room is a bit old, the towel rack had dropped in the washroom. Dun expect the kitchen could be used as the pot & pan are rusty & other food wares are also dirty so I didn’t cook. It’s still good value for money considered the location & room size.

Great location. Spacious, clean room with a beautiful view. Everything within walking distance. Plenty of food options around. The beach is right across the street
