Phuket Province Kid friendly Vacations

We had a room in the fifth building. Our check in process was great! The room did have a wet smell and it seemed to not go away. And there was no iron or conditioner in the room. Other than that our experience was great. The hotel was clean and quiet. Barely had anyone in the pool so sometimes you would get a whole pool to yourself. Bangla road was not that far and everything was walkable.

Nice hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff. The view from the pool and sky bar is amazing, we weren’t so lucky with weather so didn’t get as much use as we would have liked. Would love to visit again. The only issue we had was the water did not heat up in the bath so was unable to use bath in the bathroom.

The resort has a peaceful boutique charm with modern comfort. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the rooftop pool with ocean views was absolutely stunning — especially at sunset. The restaurant served delicious, fresh meals daily, and the service was consistently outstanding. The spa treatments were a highlight — the oil massage, facial, and foot detox were among the best I’ve experienced anywhere, leaving me completely relaxed. Even the airport transfers were seamless and professional, with drivers who were friendly and punctual. Pacific Club feels less like a hotel and more like a home away from home — a place where you’re cared for, not just accommodated. Every detail, from the service to the atmosphere, reflects true hospitality. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning my return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket who values comfort, quality, and genuine warmth.

Gym was well equipped and clean. Everything could be ordered using an app which made requests easy. A big resort but it was beautiful and felt quiet. 7 minutes from stepping into car until arrival at airport.
