Clean and people were nice

I love that they have their own self in/iut kiosk.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The view was the room overlooking Las Vegas was spectacular. The service was excellent.

I waited up to 7:30pm for room service, but no one came. Told housekeeping that it was getting too late (I already had dinner and was about to crash) but I needed new towels. My room was not properly serviced for 2 previous days at my request so on the 3rd day I ended up emptying the trash into a shopping bag and placed all the dirty towels in front of my room. The maid was rolling her cart and I told her that I'm grabbing 2 bath towels. She pointed at me "you called, no room service" (then she started saying something in an argumentive tone in Spanish which I didn't understand) and tried to grab the towels back from me. Super rude! Reported the incident to her housekeeping manager, Princess. She told me that she would have the hotel manager call me. No call. Next day, around 8-9am, I requested for a pot, bowl, and silverware to reheat my food. The next housekeeping manager, Jesus, cancelled my order for no reason. I was super hungry after being in meetings for 4 hours so I just heated my soup in the to go box and inquired later what happened to my request and the operator told me the housekeeping manager cancelled my order. Super rude housekeeping staff. It makes me wonder if they were in a gang and try to protect each other even though I waited nearly the whole day for my room to be serviced and never experienced a maid trying to grab the towels back from my hands just bc I call minutes prior that I didn't want service and she received that call.
