The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was in Room 500, which was fine, but at the very end of a super long corridor, which was similar to The Shining. The location is great and you are within walking distance of fun restaurants.

Very nice common areas, easy self check-in, sandwiches and pastries for sale at a counter, drink and snack machines, restaurants, spacious room with comfortable beds, 24/7 no reservation necessary large buses shuttling to the airport constantly. Very nice, convienent place to stay near the airport.

Throughly enjoyed our stay at Castleknock. Such a warm welcome received, a stunning room - super size for our family of 4 and a lovely birthday card, balloon and chocolates for our son whose 9th birthday it was the day we checked in. So thoughtful and hugely appreciated. We enjoyed the leisure facilities, the great selection at breakfast and friendly staff. Thanks to all who made it so special. We will be back!

A lovely, comfortable stay away from the bustle of the city centre. Staff here warm and inviting and couldn’t be more accommodating. Bed and furnishings extremely comfortable and I was delighted to have a bathtub in the bathroom! - it’s sadly becoming a rare treat in hotels today

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Gave a lower ratings because we were expecting the hotel to be a little nicer considering it was a Spa.
