great location, nice place to stay!

Unfortunately my room (Premium Swim up) near the reception and restaurants is right by the ocean and at this time of year the seaweed is absolutely out of control and the smell from the beach made me physically sick. The stench is similar to rotting eggs. The hotel were very understanding and offered to move me to another part of the building further away from the reception. Just a reminder that this is out of the control of the resort but be mindful when booking to make sure you are not near the reception. The hotel is well maintained and overall if not for the stench of seaweed would have been a lovely weekend away. The room service was slow and the food delivered was average. Drinks were good. I would recommend dinner at the Italian restaurant as the food was really nice.

El hotel me encantó, la habitación siempre limpia y olorosa, el personal muy atento ,el área de la piscina siempre limpia y los empleados muy simpáticos. Todo el personal sincronizado en sus tareas y mantener todo en orden .La comida muy buena en todos los restaurantes.Es un ambiente relajado y tranquilo.Si algo me hubiese gustado aún más sería por ejemplo en el área de la piscina, escuchar música del país , me quedé con ganas de disfrutar de su música. En fin 10/10

This has been one of the greatest all inclusive me. And my lady has ever been the effort of the staff. This is undeniable, the hospitality exquisite, i'm thoroughly impressed with the food environment, and ambiance. Each bar was its own fun. Each bartender was its own personality. I couldn't recommend this resort more.

Perfect And Wonderful Staff

Property was kept clean. Staff were helpful with any questions I had about the area. Food was actually pretty good even though I am picky. Beach was amazing. One downfall was the hot tub and pools closed fairly early.

Wow! Loved this place! We will be back for sure. We go to Cancun ALOT! :-) … and we have stayed at many resort. This is now in our top 3 for sure. It has been recently renovated and everything is new, clean, and nice! Pool is great for kids and adults too. We loved our beach facing Canabas! Food at the speciality restaurants is delicious! If you can upgrade to the concierge level… it is totally worth it. We had Galdino and Natalia help all throughout and it was so convenient! They set us up with a Sunset cruise that we had never done in our trips to Cancun… it was phenomenal to watch the sunset on the Lagoon on a boat. If you decide on this resort, you will love it! Overall 5 Stars!
