Property conveniently located within walking diatance from trams. Needs more TLC within the units. Went with another couple and couldnt get AC to work, and shower drains were backed up overflowing in both rooms. Can be better if maintenance is improved.

I really enjoyed my stay here and in the neighborhood. It was easy to get here with public transportation to and from the airport and I found many of the things I wanted to see within a 15-20 minute walking distance from the hotel, and rarely took the metro. As for the hotel, it was clean, the staff was very courteous, the room was a good size, and I hope to return soon.

Hotel in a very quiet and convenient area of Amsterdam. Great location that was also very walkable and convenient to the tram, museums, and water tours.

Room was big and clean, food was excellent. Perfect location, only 10 mins walk from shops and stuff but hotel area very peaceful and safe. If I had to find a flaw the only thing that comes to mind is they ran out of strawberry jam at breakfast, a common problem I find in most hotels😁

The hotel was very charming and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only criticisms are that there was no closet or dresser and the bathroom had no ventilation so it got very steamy and smelly.

Well located in the central area but in a quiet canal. Although they warn about room size being small, I found them uncomfortably small (Tokyo style), where you cannot open a piece of luggage or even walk around the bed properly. An old building—I guess as with most in this area—you can hear your neighbors. The bathrooms are very small as well. Overall Rating: 3/5 The prime spot near the canal is a highlight, offering easy access to the city's buzz without the chaos. However, the tiny rooms and thin walls make it feel more like a budget pod hotel than a relaxing stay. Fine for a quick overnight, but not ideal for longer trips or if you value space and privacy.

Clean room and stuff

This is not a true B&B. They have very limited facilities on site and do not keep their desk open for extended hours. It is a converted house, each floor is like a private suite. There are limited amenities in the suite too. Bring your own soaps/shampoos and be sure to ask for extra towels! It's in a very convenient location and is clean enough.
