Staff was so attentive and kind!

Excellent location, enjoyed the restaurant.

Spacious room (suite) with comfortable design and furnishings. Nice morning coffee service in the lobby in the morning and much appreciated happy hour wine service in the lobby in the afternoons. Very friendly front desk staff and great location in the city.

The room was very small. I wanted to do some work on my laptop, there was no desk. This is not a big deal though, I went downstairs. There was plenty of seating and tables. I heard some noise from the ventilation system coming through the windows. (They were closed, it got through)

The property is beautiful, but the restaurant and lounge is not well staffed. Hard to get seated in the restaurant, they really emphasize reservation so keep that in mind even if you want to have breakfast. We got a bad night sleep because the way the lighting is set up in the room when you turn on the bathroom light it triggers the rest of the lights in the room. So that was annoying - being woken up in the middle of the night w/lights that you cannot control. I called the front desk to see if I was missing something and they said nope, that’s how some of the rooms are wired. Once you turn on the bathroom light, all the other lights are tripped. What?! what kind of five star hotel is that?
