Wonderful stay! The hotel is quintessentially New York charming! It’s is beautiful in a very special way. The service is excellent! Staff is friendly and helpful. We loved our room which came with robes, slippers, lovely linens and toiletries, a stocked minibar, safe and ample closet space. A lovely stay in a great location!!

Completely magical experience staying here. The superlative staff, stunning design and perfect location couldn’t have been better. This is my new home in Roma!

I originally came to New York for work, but at the last minute decided to extend my stay by two nights to live out my Kevin McCallister-at-The-Plaza dream—and I am so glad I trusted my gut. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. I was delightfully upgraded to an incredible room that quite literally took my breath away the second I stepped inside. Every detail was thoughtfully done—the bedding, the décor, the ambiance. It felt effortlessly luxurious: modern yet classic, timeless without feeling stuffy. The staff were absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. I enjoyed afternoon tea, which was lovely and perfectly done, and then fully leaned into the experience. I spent those two nights truly in the hotel: long baths, lounging in a plush robe, ordering room service, and savoring every minute of it. It was indulgent in the best way possible and worth every single penny. I’m so grateful I made the spontaneous decision to stay—it turned a work trip into a truly memorable experience. Everything was absolutely perfect. I will be back 1000000%. This is officially my new go-to every time I’m in town.

Staff was nice, great view, room good except sink faucets were stuck in two different rooms that we had. Long awkward walk from public parking to hotel. Casino floor allows smoking which I did not enjoy.
