The breakfast and the restaurant staff were nice and helpful. The extensive breakfast buffet was a delight. The room was huge. The lady concierge and Dante were helpful. I wish I had received better service from the front desk. They rarely could offer a suggestion or answer my questions. There was not always a desire to solve problems. I had to prompt them to do something such as arrange a taxi when the hotel drivers were not available.

Great rooftop bar and restaurant - the highlight really. Rooms small and average reception area. Gym etc under renovation so unable to access. Close to malls and monastery.

El hotel es viejo, parece que hace muchos años era súper bonito, la gente es muy amable pero de los cinco días que estuvimos solo dos limpiaron la habitación, llegaban a las 4pm a limpiarlo, pero está muy bien ubicado

Very close to attractions. Staff very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast is good.
