Everything was amazing from start to finish. Check in was a breeze and the clerk was super helpful and friendly. The room by far exceeding my expectations. I was on the 17th floor and the view was gorgeous, and it was considered the less expensive city view vs the more expensive view of the CN tower. The room was very clean and well maintained. I ordered uber eats and they didn't provide utensils so a quick call to concierge and she offered to have them delivered to the room or for me to walk down. I chose to head down myself and she was waiting for me at the elevator lobby with utensils in hand, quick and easy. Again, check out was simple and I was pleasantly surprised by the positive attitude of the every staff member I encountered.

This unit was perfect. It was very clean, it had everything we needed and then some, it was very well located in the downtown area, only 1 block from the metro or tramway. The people at the front desk were very welcoming, helpful and most friendly. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.
