A special shout-out to Judith, Cynthia, John, and Irene at the front desk — always courteous, efficient, and genuinely caring. You made check-in and check-out seamless.
To the restaurant team — Basweti, Christine, Catherine, Sylvia, and Meshack — thank you for your outstanding service and attention to detail. Each meal was beautifully presented and served with heart.
And to Moses, Alvin, and the security and room-service team, your quiet vigilance and kindness did not go unnoticed. I felt completely safe and cared for throughout my stay.
