Great location. Just a 5 minute walk to gondola 1. Great staff, rooms are big. Ski valet was great. Walking distance to most of the great restaurants in the area.

Excellent location with access to the slopes/ chair 6 right across the street. Walking distance to the village for shopping and dining.

I want to first say that the staff are all wonderful and extraordinarily helpful. That said, there are things to know about this hotel. First, valet can be a bit slow because the cars are parked a ways away. The hotel is actually part of the train station and we did experience some colorful characters hanging out in the central part of the hotel. Nothing crazy but also not expected in a five star hotel. The rooms are quite small but the bathrooms are extremely small. Like, expect zero privacy if you’re traveling with someone else. We were on the third floor so our room overlooked the roof and we had some “friends” in the form of dead pigeons. There are also no closets in the rooms so clothing storage is limited. Overall it was a nice hotel but not a five star hotel so just be aware. It’s very boutique, which is fine, except the price doesn’t support what you get.

Courteous staff beautiful hotel

Very nice condo for the family with excellent room service daily. Very friendly and helpful concierge. However, house keeping could not understand or speak English. They had to call staff that could speak English for a simple request. Breakfast buffet was very good, although a bit pricey at nearly forty bucks a pop.

Amenable staff, cozy accommodations, architectural splendor, and —since within walking distance to a production of the Boulder Symphony (featuring Manchester by the Sea, amongst other gems)— magical.
