Bohai Region Golf Vacations

Hotel is in a very good location. Safe, very clean, staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast buffets are great! Many varieties to choose. We had wonderful stay for 2 nights

Everything was good

I showed up at 4:30 PM and my room was not ready with no ETA on when I could get in. I was unable to shower and change for my evening plans. I complained and was told there was nothing they could do. They told me I would have free use of the mini bar upon my return in the evening. When I returned, the mini bar was completely empty, there was no coffee and the balcony to my room (one of the advertised features) had a sign on it saying it was permanently locked. The facilities were clean and staff was friendly, but I did not have a good experience. Getting simple things which should have been standard with my room required lots of time and complaining which was not pleasant for anyone involved. This hotel was extremely busy even though it was not a peak travel time, so I think they are just not able to keep up with the demands even though they seem to have good people who are trying. There are plenty of other hotels in the area which provide better experiences for the price, so I wouldn't recommend this property.

Staffs are very friendly, special thanks to Cao曹from front desk
