Surprisingly more convenient than expected. The property was bigger than in the pictures.

I booked through Expedia, when i got there, they didn’t have my reservation showing in there end, I had to wait until they put me in the system, after a long day with two kids it was not good check in. The pools were really nice and outside everything was good، but the room was old and not clean and it smelled bad, they don’t come to clean it, honestly as much as I loved Florida, but sleeping in that room made sick.

This resort appears to prioritize Conferences and the guests connected to these events. Service was average at best, poor at worst.

Pool area is very nice. Check-in was easy and smooth , Casey was absolutely lovely. Our rooms bathtub should be replaced but other than that it was a good experience.
