Disney's Boardwalk Golf Vacations

Our vacation was absolutely amazing, but unfortunately, this hotel was by far the worst part of our trip. The property has so much potential because it’s spacious, but it is completely ruined by the lack of cleanliness and terrible customer service. The hotel was filthy. The towels were stained, the bed sheets were dirty and stained, and the same garbage sitting in the hallway when we arrived was still there when we checked out days later. That alone shows how little attention is given to keeping the hotel clean. On our first night, we requested sheets and extra towels for the sofa bed, and it took over 4 hours for someone to bring them. Having to wait that long for basic necessities after a long day of traveling was unacceptable. To make matters worse, on the day of checkout I went to the front desk to ask a simple question, and Soho was incredibly dismissive, rude, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience

Exceptional.

Great property. It was our second time staying there. Building One was great since it's enclosed with air conditioned hallways. Plenty of pools to choose from, full gym, restaurants on site, an arcade for the kids, close to the tourist areas and outlet shopping, but not much is walkable from the hotel - you will have to drive. Target and more local shopping is about a 5-10 minute drive from this location so it's super convenient. Highly recommended for families. We felt safe and comfortable.

Everything else is good except: Elevator is busy and long waiting time. Breakfast area is in chaos. $26 dollar parking fee per night which is not showing online.

The Delaney was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This means a lot to me as I have fibromyalgia and spondylosis. The on site tavern was an excellent spot for meals. Every meal I had was top notch. The bartenders were great, friendly and helpful. Free parking was an huge plus! The only complaint I have is that the front desk was without an employee often during the day and evening. When they were there they were helpful. The housekeeping staff was phenomenal and assisted me with my needs.
