The Rockford is a great place to stay , convenient and always clean Staff are amazing, will always stay there when coming into the cityv

Staff and facilities were fantastic with great atmosphere. As its so easy to be emorsed it would of been nice to be approached to give last chance for breakfast as it is a hard cut off at closing including the coffee machine.

For me it's as simple as this. Seasoned staff, management that takes responsibility. A coordinated focused team...so if everything was going to hell in a hand basket, I'd never know. Id have great meals, swim in the pool, be looked after relax and be comfortable, for me, that's ideal. The group here, that's normal for them.

Staff were very friendly, our room was always cleaned and topped up with essentials and walking distance to everything you need. We will be definitely be coming back again to stay at the Playford.

Hotel central, balcony room large and with all required amenities- Used as base only so unable to comment on the bar/ restaurant. Staff at reception helpful.
