Australia - New Zealand and the South Pacific Golf Vacations

Laundry Service was essentially non existant. Over the 3 nights/days, not once was the room cleaned and guests would need to help themselves to the open Staff Only room for spare towels etc. Although each block of Units are 3 storey, there are no lifts, just 31 steps up and 31 steps down if staying on L3. I was unaware of this prior to booking. At no stage did I complain as we were only in for 3 days and the accommodation and bar were really good. Car parking underground and plenty of room for larger vehicles provided no higher than 2.2m.

Beautiful rooms with views like mini golf and find and seek, the overall feeling of peace and serenity.

Dated. Limited staff - did what they could. Place needs a huge uplift. Was fine but sure needs alot of work

Great golf resort, excellent views from the room, easy access to down town Wollongong. Didn't get a change to have a round at the golf course, definitely next time!

Started off terrible with them overbooking and downgrading our room without telling us. Next day ended up getting a room type that we should have in a great location. From there it’s a great place to stay with kids.

Hotel was ok. rooms are spacious, bathroom is spacious. Though sink had a crack - esthetically didn't look great for Hilton level hotel. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Overall, good stay - nice beach - excellent team/service.
