Surprisingly more convenient than expected. The property was bigger than in the pictures.

The lazy river doesn’t exactly flow, the water was cold. No complaints about the other pools. It’s expensive so just prepare for that. Our room was decent, the bathtub in our master bath had a leak and made a massive mess if I bathed our kids in it. It was nice to have a full kitchen and laundry unit in the room.

The condo was clean and pe rfect for familys plenty of room . The building was quite and were facing the woods perfect for sitting out on the balcony every peace ful pools were great over all a gem to stay at

The room was clean and the staff helpful. Amelia in peacock alley was a gem! Some other servers were pleasant. Food for room service was ok not great. I expected a bit more luxury given the type of property but it just seemed like any other really nice hotel. Buddha (valet) was so pleasant and a nice person! All in all a good stay.
