I stayed here before and a lot of the amenities for the kids were closed and

Pros: room was spacious. Good price do the amenities. Good security. Cons: Waited an hr to check in at 10pm. Stayed 4 nights and the maids never came by. The shower head leaked and sprayed in the floor. Poor quality food.

We got put in the melia due to an error at the hotel we were supposed to stay at cancelling our booking when we were supposed to arrive. What an absolute blessing in disguise. The wonderful front desk agent was so pleasant to deal with, could tell we were having a bad night due to the other hotels error and even upgraded our room for us! The rooms were clean, every staff member we spoke to were cheerful and the Wilson’s food was great. Our five year old had his birthday while we were there and the waitress overheard us and got the waitstaff to sign a card and bring a cake for him at breakfast. 10/10 would stay here again any chance we get.

It was a condo unit that we stayed in. The unit itself was decently clean but the hallway and building looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

Loved our stay here, it was quiet, clean and great dining options, would come back again!

Had an ant problem but they quickly fixed it didn’t enjoys having to wash my own towels while On vacation but it was nice overall
