My stay at Hotel Riu in Times Square was nothing short of fantastic! The location couldn't be better, situated right in the heart of the bustling Times Square and Restaurant Row. It's the perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to numerous attractions, shops, and dining options. The staff at Hotel Riu were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was pleasant, and they were always willing to assist with any request. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to my experience. The rooms were well-appointed, spacious, and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a busy day in the city. The modern decor blended perfectly with the vibrant atmosphere outside. All staff we came into contact with from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast/happy hour to doormen were super attentive, very friendly and seemed to sincerely see us. The happy hour/dinner and breakfast provided surprisingly good food, lots of variety and very generous pours! Sonia was a standout and we looked forward to seeing her each evening. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Room nicely appointed and clean.

The staff was very friendly and the ambience was nice. However, the room was very cramped and had to be careful not to fall over columns and bed on the way to the bathroom. Walls were thin and there was no facial soap provided.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice location, very nice hotel,

The location was perfect and staff was great however bed were a tad uncomfortable and there was a noise issue and we did have to move rooms the second night we stayed

Absolutely AMAZING in every way. The Plaza exceeded my expectations and was central in making our engagement weekend a time that we will always remember! The STAFF are what truly sets the Plaza apart. Always helpful, humorous and posh without being stuffy, the staff truly are the soul of the institution.
