This hotel is nothing short of spectacular. Not only are the accommodations beautiful, but the staff cannot be beat. Megan, Katyce, and Coach from the hotel dream made my stay memorable and were incredibly kind from the moment I walked in. Isaiah from Cafe Riggs was attentive and patient with all of my dining needs. This hotel was right across from the American art museum and a quick walk to the other museums. Cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

The front staff was terrible! Not very willing to help or better yet they don’t know how to take care of a problem. It took me 5 phone calls to get a refund on my credit card because they took a hold on it.
