Breakfast had a good variety. Water temperature was not very hot for shower and wash clothes were non existent.

The hotel was really lovely, staff were great but the room was so hot. Air con didn’t work and the window only opened slightly. We arrived at this hotel about 10pm, so it was too late to didn’t have a good night sleep because it was so hot in our room.

The staff throughout the hotel were not as friendly as I have found on previous stays. Guests were wearing pyjamas to breakfast - why? Swimming pool jacuzzi wasn’t working. Daily housekeeping was pointless as they only made the bed and never re stocked toilet rolls, milk and teas etc. Housekeeping were knocking my door at 9am on day of departure to see when I was vacating despite check out time being 11am. This hotel has gone downhill since I last stayed there.

Even though this hotel is 4-star, there is no coffee or even a hot pot to make tea. You need to go down to the cafe to get anything—poor amenity.
