THE BEST FOOD I’ve had in Cancun. This was my 5th visit and I really like this hotel. The beach was dirty due to seaweed season but there’s so many pools to chose from!!! I love it

It was our first time and trust me the vibe and everything was so good specially the staff and vibe the only issue was while checking in they asked for extra money other than mentioned in Expedia that’s it

Bars were closed at 11 am and only open for private events! We came here to have a morning memosa and could not find anything open till almost noon. Not my ideal vacation. Staff seem upset, especially at the sports bar and quick people out early one night as well. Not what we had planned for a vacation.
