Very disappointing.
We've never experienced anything like this before. Our room wasn't cleaned for two days in a row, and we had to repeatedly request clean towels, have the trash emptied, and ask for paper cups and other basic amenities.
Considering the price, the service was far below our expectations. While a few staff members were polite, the overall level of professionalism was disappointing.
For the level of service we received, we could have stayed at a much less expensive hotel and had the same—or even a better—experience.

The condo was amazing! Nice bedrooms and living space. Super clean and within walking distance to the beach and pool. Property was very secure with a security guard at the entrance. Lots of parking available. Loved staying here.
