Very average hotel. Breakfast was good. I had booked a superior room which was really good but the heater was not working. So they moved us to a family room with two rooms. The roof of the room was so low we kept hitting our head! Staff were polite and friendly!!

The Staff were helpful, the room was clean but there’s room for improvement, the shower gel in the bathroom was almost empty and wasn’t refilled. There was no welcome bottle of water in the room like you get in most 4 or 5 star hotels. Location is nice, Breakfast spread was really good, the casino onsite was quite handy.

Nice property with kind service and great breakfast. The only downside is far from Copenhagen city center, and need to walk 15 minutes to the train station to downtown.

Every thing was great but I wouldn't stay again as the curtains didn't block out the light so I didn't get any sleep which is the whole point of a hotel. The light from a corridor in the opposite part of the hotel was on all night and shone directly into our room
