Staff at front desk was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help me.

My wife and I rented a studio with a kitchenette, washer and dryer for about a month. The place was clean, quiet, highly secured. The staff was very friendly and welcoming just the way anyone would like to be treated. The view from our room was very nice, the Pasig river and the surrounding skyline very impressive. Our room included an assigned parking space. Next to the living quarters is a huge shopping mall, grocery and world class shopping and dining. Public transportation is also available. Highly recommended place stay!

Needs fan in the bathroom, floor way too sliperry

I had a wonderful stay at The Alpha Suites in Makati, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel more like a serviced apartment than a typical hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and having a kitchen area was a big plus, especially for longer stays. The hotel’s amenities are impressive. The gym, swimming pool, and recreational facilities are some of the best I’ve seen—perfect for both relaxation and staying active. Everything was well organized and not overly crowded, which made the experience even better. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Security was also excellent, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Location-wise, it’s very convenient, with easy access to Makati’s business district, restaurants, and nearby malls. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself felt quiet and peaceful. Overall, The Alpha Suites is an excellent choice for couples, families, business travelers, or anyone looking for comfort and quality in Makati. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Really nice room but some sort of maintenance constant knock was going on around the building during the stay and also the wifi wouldn't stay connected to the television in the room possibly a television issue because connection wasn't lost to phones, but occasionally went very high ping. There was no warning when booking the room that traditional baths cannot use soaps so unfortunately my fiancee was excited to use a few things she got beforehand that she couldn't during the stay, and the food was well very good the first night we ate but maybe a change of chef's it was definitely a bit undercooked going forward but overall still good. Definitely would be staying again sometime

Good value for money, large units with comfortable bed. In locked community. Close to airport and airport transfers are great. No utensils, microwave or fridge in room but you can request. We stayed for 1 night before flying to Palawan and 1 night on our return.

Wonderful modern hotel . Top notch staff. Large mall a block away . Property attached to Dreamworks family entertainment center for family and kids and City of Dreams area casinos.

the only thing concerns me is their carpet too old and dirty
