The Tirant Hotel is very well located in the heart of the old quarter. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size without being huge. We were a family of 4 with two teenage kids so we book two rooms. The rooftop terrace and pool are fantastic to get away from the hussle and bussle of the streets below. Staff are welcoming and very helpful.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Dolce by Wyndham and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made us feel welcome with a personalized message in our room, which was a thoughtful and warm gesture. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day out. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, efficient, and completely hassle-free. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, which made getting around and finding dining options very easy. We also enjoyed the lake view. Although the lake is relatively small, it still provides a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The only suggestion we have for the management would be to offer more vegetarian food options, as the current selection is somewhat limited. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily recommend Dolce by Wyndham to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay.

The hotel is in a good position to be able to explore Hanoi. It is very clean and comfortable room with a very nice breakfast overlooking Hanoi old Quater. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, everybody is extremely friendly, remembering guests by name and taking time to talk whenever we returned to the hotel, asking what we had seen and giving suggestions of places to visit. A wonderful hotel in a wonderful city
