Everything was wonderful. Outdoor pool was great, just needed a good vacuuming. Perfect location to everything.

Check in time is 4 pm and out at noon, so not a full day, although we could get in early. Valet parking at $70 but underground is around $20-30 a day. No 24 hour coffee, but lobby coffee starts at 6, and Ascension Cafe across the courtyard is excellent and opens at 6:30. Beautiful venue and convenient to many restaurants (walking distance) as well as a convenience store. Room closet was too short for a long dress. Bed and ac were great.

The views from the room were exceptional and the pools were great for families. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My wife and I travel a few ti.es each year to different states & countries. This was our 1st time staying local for our anniversary. We're so glad to have chosen Zaza. The staff, valet, housekeepers and bar servers were all professional and courteous. We'll definitely stay there in the future.
