Very good experience at the Rydges Ringwood. The hotel room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The location is great and convenient. Decor is fancy and staff are friendly. Just the bathroom smell a bit and I believe the smell is from the drain. The breakfast is lack of choices. I would say save your money from the breakfast in the hotel and go to lune croissanterie at the corner.

Fridge can be a little bit noisy at night, but apart from that everything was good.

Regularly stay here when come into town, all services are good and clean. Breakfast is good aswell.

Stayed for a couple nights, booked a King bedroom. Clean, modern room but a bit small with an unusual bathroom layout. No mirror in front of sink, so had to use the portable vanity mirror to see while brushing or flossing. The front desk was all very helpful and friendly. Located across a park, just outside Melbourne CBD, so it felt spacious leaving the hotel. Also very close to trams and transit, though we didn’t use because we mostly walked to everything.

The hotel was exceptional due to proximity of events.

The Howey is perfect for an inner city stay! The rooms are immaculate, staff are friendly and the parking nearby is really handy.

My recent 2 week stay at Avani Melbourne Jazz Corner Residences honestly couldn’t be faulted. The location, convenience and affordability are unmatched, especially for longer work trips. The serviced apartments are comfortable, practical and well maintained, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. What really stood out though was the team. Every staff member was friendly, accommodating and always happy to help with anything needed throughout my stay. This will absolutely be my go-to accommodation for future work trips to Melbourne. Highly recommend.

I’ve stayed at 1 Hotel a few times, it’s an amazing hotel and the staff are always helpful.

Very clean, decent size room central to the city. If you're sensitive to noise, there's a lot of street noise, the soundproofing in the room isn't great, and there were weird noises in the room that I wasn't sure was the AC or plumbing. There would be random smells of either smoke or sewage sometimes. The view wasn't great because I was on the first floor. The stay itself wasn't bad just not amazing.
