Zoku is well designed both inside and out. It looks exactly as the interior design from one of the tiny house episodes I watched before. It’s a small loft apartment style hotel that has everything you need for your stay. The bed is super comfy. Room is soundproof and I don’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside. You can rest assured for a quiet night sleep. Our room has a street view but we didn’t hear any noise from cars or buses. Location is convenient, 2-3 minutes walk from the Metro station. There’s also a bus line but we didn’t use it during our stay. There are two supermarkets nearby. However, lack of restaurants nearby could be an issue for some people. We also love the rooftop terrace and the beautiful plants. This place made us feel welcome and is a home away from home. Would love to stay again if we visit Copenhagen in the future or anywhere else that has a Zoku hotel.

Beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms and lovely bar/dining areas within. Staff were exceptional, went above and beyond and made us feel valued customers. The extras and the little things went a long way.

Really central. Very close to Tivoli and other central stations for getting around Copenhagen. We mainly explored on foot from here as it was a great location. The bar area is really lovely. Reception staff were helpful and polite. Nice comfortable rooms.

Unbelievable place to stay! Could not have been any better. Staff was exceptional and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great location near the train station but walkable to everything! The only thing I did not like about the inside of the unit was the vanity in the bathroom had very little room to put makeup hair dryers, curling irons, flat irons, etc while getting ready with two people, due to having the sink and the filtered water sink in the same spot.. there was storage underneath for when items were not in use.. exceptional bar and restaurant. Lots of clean eating options.I still give it five stars!

Breakfast outside and the hotel too far of the centre

The location was great - close to the train, bus, and metro, Tivoli and City Hall, with nearby shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms were bright and roomy, with comfy pillows and duvets and a good sized closet and small desk area. Plenty of plugs w/ USB outlets for charging electronics. The bathroom was large and well-lit, with cushy towels, luxury bath products, and a nice big shower. However, there are some kinks to be worked out, as the property is still undergoing renovations. There was construction going on outside our window, which we had to have open as the room was warm and the A.C. didn't seem to work. The light switch in our bathroom had issues, and would switch on randomly in the middle of the night... then we couldn't turn it off. Luckily, we could just close the door to the bathroom to shut out the light. The staff was a mixed bag - some were extremely helpful while others were dismissive.
