宿泊前にした、エクスペディアを通じてした質問には、大変丁寧に返信して下さり、対応が丁寧でした。 オーデンセ駅からは少々歩きましたが、歩ける距離です。 アンデルセンの博物館が近く、観光には便利な場所にあります。ホテルのレセプションには、パンフレットがたくさんあって、スタッフの方に伺うと色々と案内して下さり、とても親切でした。 チェックアウト後でも荷物を預かってくれたりと、こちらの要望に臨機応変に対応してくれました。 朝食が評判でしたが、レストランは割とこじんまりしていました。しかし、お味や朝食の内容は、評判通り大変満足のいくものでした。 お部屋は広くはありませんでしたが、清潔で総じて快適でした。 ホテルの建物はこじんまりしており、全体的にアットホームな雰囲気でした。 とても良いホテルだったと思います。

Vi overnattede på hotellet en enkelt nat. Det var nogle fine små værelser, der var bad hvor der var shampoo og balsam fra Rituals. Badeværelset er af ældre model, men ok. Hotellets beliggenhed var super og lige i centrum, med gå afstand til H.C. Andersens hus og til byens indkøbsgade. Vi fik serveret en god morgenbuffet.

Stuepigen må have haft travlt. Toiletkummen var uhumsk og værelset var kun redt op til én, selvom vi havde booket til to. Vi måtte selv lægge sengetøj på den manglende opredning og bede om håndklæder i receptionen. Synd fordi det ellers var et fint ophold, mega sød og høflig receptionist. Vi håber, at det var en smutter og tager derfor gerne tilbage en anden gang.

Fantastisk sødt personale, meget smilende og stod klar til at hjælpe både ved indtjekning og udtjekning. Vi følte os meget velkomne. Parkering var billigt, nemt og der var tilgængelig plads på parkeringspladen. Værelset (317) var et fint værelse, dejligt at der var en skål med ekstra tandbørste og lækkert med rituals produkter. Dog så værelset lidt slidt ud, sengene var hårde og der stod en halvtom vandflaske på bordet som ikke var vores. Morgenmaden var god, dejligt med et stort udvalg af både frugt, pålæg og diverse drikkevarer. Desværre var rundstykkerne meget tørre og æggene var ikke kogt nok, de var meget blævret og våde i det ''hvide''. Ellers smagte det meget godt.

Great location very close to the train station and the old city. Very simple room, but the super comfortable common areas really make up for it. We had our train to Copenhagen in the afternoon, and it was really nice to have somewhere cozy to sit with a cup of coffee even after check-out! Breakfast was delicious and the staff really friendly and helpful... Couldn't ask for more!
