Quite well locates only 15 minutes from old town by bus or car, access to local beaches were great to have. Maro world is GREAT for children. Hotel staff were not that friendly, I would have expected better. Also, pillows were quite uncomfortable

The property itself is lovely, but it falls well short of the four-star experience one would expect. Unfortunately, the most disappointing aspect of our stay was the reception team’s leadership. The management came across as condescending and lacking in basic empathy—a stark contrast to the warm hospitality one hopes for. It’s a real shame, because the hotel has so much potential. The cave bar is stunning, and the sea swimming area is a slice of natural paradise. But a hotel is only as good as its people, and in this case, the reception management seriously lets it down. A sad and frustrating experience overall.

The Hotel is beautiful! But I must make mention of one employee in particular who went above and beyonfld to make sure I git exactly what I wanted and paid for! Manuela was outstanding and knows exactly what GOOD customer Service means to the hotel industry! Thank you so muchManuela! I will see you again! 😊

The property was modern, clean and had an excellent breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. It's on a hill above the ferry terminal. The steps were a little difficult to negotiate for my wife who had a recent knee surgery.
