United Kingdom Eco-friendly Vacations

The best hotel stay at for convenience if youre leaving from Terminal 2, short walk to check ins. Previously stayed at Tribe only across the road but what a palaver with parking situation and trying to get to hotel.entrance in the rain. Radisson rooms and beds much better too. Definitely 1st choice for next time.

We were told on arrival that our room had been "upgraded" which I thought was a nice gesture however on arriving in our room it turned out it had no actual windows, just two very small skylight type windows at the top of the wall. The room has no outside light source and the lights within the room are "cosy" with no major light to actually light the room up. As I intended to work during the day this meant it was almost impossible for me to do so. I asked at reception if our room could be changed due to the above, assuming as I hav been "upgraded" that our original room may still be available to be told the hotel was completely full and we couldn't be moved. Which I understood but the team member then spent 10 minutes fumbling around his computer as if he was going to find a solution but never did. Nothing was offered for this sub-par room or lack of alternative. Later I asked if they had any USB chargers s I expected more modern sockets and didn't have a plug adapter and was told to buy one from a vending machine for £25 which honestly is a huge rip off. Every staff interaction felt like they were on their first day, they had no ability to offer service or retrieve a negative experience and, for what should be a luxury brand, it feels far from.

It was nice clean and a great vacation. The resturant had a really good steak!

This is the second time we've stayed here. Love the place, beautiful old english manor style, staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds and surrounding area are beautiful too. We plan to stay here again!

Clean, comfortable room/bed Breakfast buffet was very busy. Coffee is terrible
