We enjoyed are stay at Coco Mat and would highly recommend it. It is in a great location with dining, shopping and attractions within walking distance. The new Athens Museum is just down the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and it was a good buffet with lols of options, as well as having items which could be ordered. Although it is close to the action, it is still quiet at night.

Clean room, modern hotel, Nice view of acropolis from rooftop, good breakfast.
The only thing didn't like is street around hotel are so dirty.
