Better than expected and much bigger than expected. All the amenities are there. It’s next to the trains but we didn’t hear a sound. Very convenient and amazing space for what you get. Love that the toilet is separate from shower and tub. They think of everything from the little details of the things you need

As an English reviewer who stayed for three nights: this was a fantastic place to spend my first three days in Japan. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, whilst also being patient with communication. I’m 6’1” and I’m above 110kg, and the comfortable bed fit me perfectly. The bath was also accommodating to my western shape, being wide and deep. The hotel is located well, with a short (15min) uphill walk from Shinagawa station. We found the 7/11 nested inside the hotel to be of excellent convenience (the clue is in the name). My one complaint would be that the restaurant was significantly more expensive than the other venues we ate at, though I did enjoy my meal. Thank you to all the staff.

Incredible staff at a beautiful, spacious hotel in a quiet area of Tokyo nestled in a beautiful , serene garden with a wonderful light and smoke show each night. Beautiful koi fish ponds and a magnificent 3 story pagoda

A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.

Me and my wife had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and everything was very clean and well managed. The hotel is situated close to various train lines so getting around is very easy.
