Tam Hai Island Cheap Vacations

The hotel itself was quite nice and clean, and we likely would have given 4 or 5 stars except for the fact that the room described in our booking was not what we were given. We booked a two bedroom suite that was advertised as two bedrooms with private bathrooms, king beds, separate dining/living area with table and couch. What we received was a one bedroom suite where the couch had been removed and a queen bed put in its place. And the second 'ensuite' was more like a powder room with a small stand up shower that couldn't be used without flooding the whole bathroom. When we brought these discrepancies to the hotel we were told essentially you get what you get. And there was no effort to fix the unusable shower. Overall the hotel itself was fine, buffet breakfast was good and outside of the room issue the staff was very friendly but be aware that the photos online are intentionally deceiving and are advertised as much larger than reality.

We had a great time at Son trà resort, beautiful beach and the Villa, staffs were friendly, our Villa was spacious, clean room excepted the toilet needed better job of cleaning around toilet seats. I was disappointed the most was my Niece she only twelve years old but the son trà resort considering that my twelve years old niece an adult so we had to paid extra $900.000 for my brother to stay overnight.

Staff so kind & friendly, especially Brian who could not do enough for you! Grear complex, thoroughly enjoyed our staff & only 10-15 min taxi to Hoi A which cost about £3! Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay ! Slight issue with check in & the suite we booked not having a third bed in it for our daughter. Said we had to pay extra for it despite booking showing for 3 people - more of a Expedia issue than hotel! Was resolved & bed quickly put in / set up. Room was stunning, breakfast was gorgeous & the VIP drinks package & afternoon tea between 5pm & 7pm was excellent. Pool lovely to use (both) and beds comfy! Staff very friendly & helpful, free transfer from airport & to next hotel (on the beach) & only a short walk into Hoi An - perfect!
