Busy hotel but clean, beds very comfortable and great facilities

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and convenient airport bus.

The room was clean and tidy! However there was no fitted sheet, so the flat sheet kept moving and show bare mattress. This meant we would wake up on bare mattress! But the staff were lovely. Just need to start using fitted sheets! xxx

The welcome was happy and quick, as was the service in the bar and restaurant. The room was large and clean.

Nice clean hotel. Room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the frequent shuttle that ran to and from the airport. The staff at the Italian restaurant were very friendly and helpful. There was no vegan dinner dish on the menu so the waiter/host asked the chef what he could prepare and I ended up with a delicious pasta dish with vegan cheese on the side. I appreciated the hours that the bar and restaurant were open until as I arrived later in the evening. My only complaint was that my room was really chilly and the thermostat didn’t seem to work. By the time I figured this out, it was too late to ring for help from the front desk as I just wanted to go to bed. So not sure if the thermostat really didn’t work or if I just couldn’t figure it out. Despite that, I’d stay here again.
