Handy to town will be back

Very difficult getting luggage up awkward stairs for our room. Pay to book ground level. We were unlucky as had a view of a roof, carports and then a stormwater drain out the back. Other rooms looking over the pool looked awesome😳

Perfectly located and within walking distance to pretty much everything. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. No housekeeping to rooms if stay is under 5 days (or at an additional charge if required). The only issue with this is that the bin fills up really quickly and there is no spare liner to replace it. Overall very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend.

The reception was amazingly friendly and helpful. They lent us 2 giant golf umbrellas and pool towels to take on our reef cruise. The room had no view, but we weren’t there to look out the window. The Esplanade was just a block away and the mall with many shops for things we fortjust a brief walk.

Great central place to stay with the wharf very close and the casino just across the road. Rooms that have been renovated are lovely, the ones that haven't been are very outdated and damaged and even though we booked 2 the same had different size beds, tiny TV's, no balcony furniture, bath in one and not the other, and then smelled mouldy. Staff were very obliging and upgraded our rooms due to the condition and smell to the amazing rooms. Buffet breakfast was nice, lots to choose from and always been refreshed and refilled. Parking was an extra daily fee, and you can go in and out away times as you needed. The main foyer was clean and inviting with a tourist desk to book if required. The gym was basic but usable. Pool was very clean with loads of deck chairs.

Excellent location for walking to a lot of things. So clean. And staff so very kind. Luggage storage. Swimming pool. Quiet after 11pm. Laundry facility. Be mindful no microwave in room but there is a shared microwave in laundry facility with kitchen sink. Very nice.
