Wonderful property and lovely staff. Nice and quiet with a beautiful beach view and natural surrounding areas great for nature walks. Pool area was great and had a bbq area so clean with plenty of tables/chairs. Room was lovely and clean.

The hotel building is small but our room is quite spacious. Room is also kept very clean. We can see partial ocean view but that's fine. The hotel is not at the center of everything but close enough. I'd say it's a very nice 3-star hotel. However one thing I don't quite understand is its price. It's lower than the neighbouring 5-star hotels' but by just a little bit. How bad do those hotels need to be, to be priced similarly? I think this hotel definitely benefits a lot from the unusually high review scores. At least they won the business from me. But when I looked at the nearby shinny brand new Crystalbrook hotels and Double Tree, I did regret. One thing good about the Plaza hotel is that it has self-service laundry. However it was less useful than I expected. There are only two washers and two dryers. When there's someone ahead of you, you need to allocateore time for completing the task. It's OK, but the hotel also has the policy of closing the laundry at 10pm. On the last day of our stay this policy brought us headache. We accumulated quite some clothes to wash and dry, say two loads. We started task right after dinner. However due to one set of machines is used by others, our second load didn't get the chance. The staff refused to extend the hours citing security reasons. I understand and respect that, but just wanted everyone who wants to use their laundry to ne aware, that it might not be as convenient as you would think.

Location is good, but the hotel needs a serious upgrade. Sad to see the front lobby area looking so shabby. Rooms are dated. Pool area looks like it was recently done is nice. Would not book it again if it remains in the current state.

Lovely stay. A couple blocks back from the water, but makes it less noisy.

Staff and Accommodation were both excellent.

We loved the pool, pool bar and room overlooking the trees. We were most impressed with the customer service provided by all staff, in particular Kirin on the front desk. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend.

We were looking forward to a real resort style stay. Staff were amazing and location was superb. We had a few issues with the shower, and Oaks admitted that it was a renovation defect with water seeping out to the whole bathroom. As mature guests, we were placed on the second floor with no lifts, which proved a bit taxing on the legs. The bellboys were supportive to help with the baggage. Not sure how they list 3 restaurants, when it is really one, servicing breakfast 7-9.30, poolside 12-3 and dinner 6-8.30 The pool is a reasonable size but there are far fewer chairs than needed (this was off-peak season), I would hate to see what it is like in the peak season. Overall, not a bad stay, but certainly lower than expected.

Grea one night stop over booked late and arrived at 8pm checked in well. Standard basic room but clean and very comfortable bed. Staff extremely helpful too.

I really enjoyed my stay at Coral Tree Inn. The hotel is close to all main attractions with shopping and restaurants also near by. My room was clean and the bed very comfy! The outdoor pool was also good to cool down in when it got very warm during the day. Breakfast was brilliant too, lots of options available.
