Amazing view . The hike up to the hotel it can be a little challenging if you have a suitcase otherwise a nice hike. The hotel beds were comfortable, the air conditioner not so great but it worked out well since we could leave the window open . The restaurant and breakfast meniu were plentiful and delicious.

First and foremost property doesn’t have AC , and not even a fan that can circulate some air , if you are traveling during summer count this one out . In winter bring a lots of blankets because it doesn’t have heat either. Front seat was terrible , all young and very unmanned people. Upon asking for dental care kit they had an attitude. We paid for breakfast when we booked, upon arrival staff said it’s not paid and we had to pay again. On second day one adult guy was very helpful. Breakfast was ok . Nothing to brag about not worth paying for.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. I met one of the house keepers and I spoke to a several of staff members they were very helpful and polite. The only thing that needs adjusting is the door it would be nice if there’s a safety chain inside as I am a solo female traveler and things like this makes me feel safer. But overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to airport Zürich staff.

Excellent gym and sauna with a beautiful view. Staff was not as helpful as expected in booking restaurant reservations or helping with transportation.

After waiting in a long line to check in, I was told that the restaurants were closed but the bar was still open, The bar was understaffed with long waits for drinks and no food available, not even a bag of chips. My room door would not close properly as it was damaged and I had to slam it shut and wedge it for safety reasons. The bed had a pillow covered with what appeared to be blood spots and had a hole with feathers coming out. It was not a pleasant stay.
