From the moment we reached reception the staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was amazing with plenty of room and facilities. This is close to a lot of restaurants and easily walkable to major shopping areas such as Bourke Street Mall and Melbourne Central. Buffet breakfast was the standard fare with most hotels, however the availability of the snack bar throughout the day until 10pm is next level and very much appreciated. Further to that they have a daily Wine Down event on the mezzanine level with plenty of seating and atmosphere with a pool table to boot.

Having stayed here before, the view and ease of public transportation to city was great and worth returning to.

Has everything you need for a short stay. Only thing I didn't like was the shower water pressure was a bit low but that's probably a building issue.

Street noise & dogs barking each night on Little Lonsdale st. Beds too hard I like a firm mattress but found these uncomfortable & small. Gym & pool excellent. Breakfast good. Staff helpful when asked. Air con great. Valet service excellent.
