The hotel was in a great location and stylish however the lack of storage in rooms was glaring. Furthermore, the building seemed to leak considerably during a brief rain show that meant buckets were placed across the building.

Room was in average condition, nothing too spectacular, but lower quality than expected based on the photos.
The outside is LITERALLY just a shell (unconnected) on top of an old building, so one would think it's a new hotel based on the outside view.
Having said that, check in process was very smooth - the front desk person was very cheerful and welcoming!
Not bad for the price in Sydney, but it was just missing the edge to get to 4 stars.
