Was an amazing stay! Travelled round Melbourne and Sydney whilst in Australia and definitely the best hotel we stayed in! Definitely would recommend to others staying in the Coogee/ Bondi area

Good location for my needs. Cafe is now closed. Hotel is advertised for lease. Room quiet spacious with desk and a separate walk-in robe with tea/coffee making facilities.
Spacious bathroom. Excellent staff who I delt with. Late check-out 11am at no additional cost and they held my luggage for me after checking out until I needed to leave Syd. No onsite parking, I didn't have a car so wasn't an issue. Plenty of places to eat and entertain close by.
Things not so good ...
1) 3 floor levels and I was level 3. STAIRS ONLY. No lift! Staff will assist with luggage if required. If you have mobility issues or struggle on stairs this Hotel may not be your best option.
2) Hot water is way too hot. It must be well above the recommended standard which I believe is about 60deg max. Elderly and children could be at risk.
3) A couple were having a BIG domestic late at night on my floor level on first night. Alot of swearing. Not the Hotels fault but I hope they knew about it and acted
