Hotel is very clean. Staff are pleasant and always wear a smile. The room is superb and you'd feel relaxed, comfortable, safe and at home. Having a 25h shop downstairs also makes a big difference.

everything was perfect. coffee machine in room. even had early morning pick up to airport for early flight.

Perfect for what I needed. Great breakfast, convenient location, fast elevators.

The apartment we got was very moldy, and i had an allergy attack within 15 minutes of reaching the property. I had to leave the apartment and got an accommodation at another place. Their bathroom sink was broken, opened a maintenance request , but i got a communication that it will get considered as non urgent. Overall a horrible place. I tried getting a refund, and no luck.

Very nice hotel! We enjoyed our short stay at NH Grand Hansa in Helsinki! It is a very good location in Helsinki, walking distance to Aleksanterinkatu, the Central Train station, and Esplanadi.

Impressive breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms, central location. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself is great but it's not really at the airport and trains don't run in the middle of the night if you have an early flight. We actually ended up walking and that took less than 20 minutes which was less time than buses and less hassle and cost than getting a taxi. If we would have had a later flight then it would have been fine taking a train but we made it work. Just really disappointing to get there and realize it wasn't really a five minutes train ride when there were no trains running. Also, there are literally no food places nearby except for the hotel restaurant where the food was quite good but the service for us was very slow. It also has a very limited hours. The shower and the bathtub in the room were amazing and the room was spacious and clean. Super quiet hotel since there's really nothing nearby. To sum it up, if you have an early morning flight then get the Clarion at the airport and not this one.

Excellent, in a great area to be based. Hotel was extremely clean, smelled wonderful, and staff was faultless. Breakfast was a winner too.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Located in an area with excellent transport links to central Helsinki. I would stay at this hotel again.
