The staff were so helpful and friendly, they gave us a map when we arrived and showed us where the main ateas of interests were, we also had a welcome drink which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious, healthy and varied, the room was very spacious and clean. The hotel location was very central to the old town and everywhere was within walking distance, excellent all round and we would definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful few days.

The room was clean and large. We upgraded to include access to the Executive Lounge, which is highly recommended - a bargain - and offers a great aerial view of the city. A beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay here again

The location is nice and the staffs are very helpful but the cleanliness could be better. The pillow is extremely soft.

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Roma. The hotel is central and in a quiet area. Just a 10 minute park walk to Charles bridge. My bedroom was spacious with a king size bed, large bathroom with toiletries. Very good housekeeping each day. Very nice buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Just outside the hotel were about 8 restaurants plus mini markets for essentials.
