Colchagua Valley Wine Route Cheap Vacations

My room was not done for 3 days even requesting it at the front desk personally. They receive packages but didn’t call you or message to let you know that they arrived, I still have one missing. Infrastructure is good but service is poor. Non functional for businesses purposes.

What a lovely little gem in the heart of Bella Vista. This is a stunning heritage building with large, clean comfortable rooms and a feeling of grandure and comfort. It has a beautiful greed courtyard to relax in and is like an oasis in this very busy corner of Santiago. Castiil Rojo is walking distance from the restaurants and bars of Bella Vista, San Cristobel Hill, Barrio Italia, Barrio Lastaria and the historic centre. The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay special. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Staff friendly from reception to restaurant and lobby bar. Location great with hesps of great eateries. Amenities top rated, coffee tea water and apples. We eill definitely stay here on our next trip to Santiago.

Great modern hotel the restaurant is very good, the service excellent, I recommend this for a short stay anytime. Location is great too, near main avenue with easy transpottation

I would stay here again. - easy self park - nice breakfast - dinner and service was very good - very close to shopping mall

Couldn’t fault the hotel. They were very accommodating and the staff everywhere were incredible, Patricia in the restaurant was fabulous and really helpful. Great location. Very spacious room.
