Clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and lovely. Very good hotel for baby. Room key is a total nightmare. It’s incredibly sensitive to phones cards etc even when nowhere near them is and needs to be changed every minute. Clearly a big issue across the hotel as other guests experienced the same. Plenty of pools and sunbed. Great food portions. Breakfast excellent. Great coffee and omelettes delicious. Housekeeping failed to clean 1 day. Health and safety hazard with the highchairs on 2 occasions on 2 separate days. Our child ended up with brown paint/tarnish from the high chair on his foot. It was stuck in his nail for days after we returned. 2 complaints raised to a manager on above points. 35 euros equivalent for 2 people on half board menu offered for one dinner and a 25 euro taxi back to the airport (after we persisted) and did not wipe off transfer here. Said they could not offer any stay refunds due to being booked with hotels.com.

Nice luxury hotel. Small bathrooms though

The hotel was nice. Unfortunately the spa pool was closed as they were doing maintenance. You couldn't use the gym after 7pm as it was all closed up unfortunately. I had a few problems with my room but they sent somebody up and dealt with it immediately. There was a smell of drains on my floor and also in my room but it wasn't too bad as you got used to it. The swimming pool seemed really dirty altho I did see them clean it. But I felt some hairs and it looked dirty at the bottom. The pool was very crowded but we dis find a sunbed, although they were very close to eaxhither. The hotel was nice but not exceptional. Breakfast was very good

Housekeeping was very good and thorough. Good to have 2 bottles of complimentary water placed daily in room. Lovely pool area with plenty of beds and most importantly shade.
