Amazing room, club house, views, staff

Very amazing experience staying next to a stadium. Our room overlooking the hills and our breakfast is beside the stadium which you can access in. Staff is excellent, the onsen is excellent, the room is amazing and the kids loved it so much. My kids are still talking about it ♥️. Thank you very much. Lovely old style hotel but everything looks sharp and fresh. Really enjoyed my stay here, I’ll stay again as and when I return to Nagasaki

The hotel was newly opened. Very spacious room. It is evident that the hotel paid a lot of attention to details in designing the room. A wonderful 2-night stay!

The stay was pleasant with staff friendly and full of smiles. (Despite Covid and face mask on) European grandeur aplenty. Room was large and very clean. Very convenient as we start the day in the park itself and the park shuttle bus stop isn’t far away. Overall would reccomend to pamper yourself a bit should you only stay one night to take in the amazing Huis Ten Bosch experience.

The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow during a downpour. It was comical after a while! All in all, too much focus on luxury and not enough on the daily details.

Check in process was confusing with the tablet. No real person to check you in. There was a fee of 500 yen per person which we did not know about. The elevator had a very bad odor. Limited amenities inside the room, only provided towels and toothbrush. No umbrellas provided. The room also had a very bad odor. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall ok stay.
