Room was very clean, modern. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style and had great variety. Staff were amazing.

The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. Something sad and unexpected to see in South Korea. Rooms are cleaned every day and the property and rooms are outdated and smell old. The location is great however

My stay at Nine Tree Premier ROKAUS was excellent, and made my first trip to Seoul really stand out. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a modern design. The staff were very helpful and polite, and went over and above to provide excellent service, even helping to resolve some minor inconveniences even when they weren't obliged to help. Would recommend staying here, and would definitely return if I could. Oh, and the convenience store in B1 was super nifty...just that it's unmanned from 12am-6am, so one needs a Korean-issued credit card to enter the store then (even though payment can be made with any credit card).

An old hotel with bad smells, find an another hotel for the price, it’s definitely not a four star hotel. More like 3?

I stayed 4 nights Vista Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul. It was wonderful and both my husband and I were satisfied in most ares. It cleaned, all staffs are friendly. I stayed in Han liver view side. We absolutely loved our stay at Banyan Tree club Hotel! The place is wonderful, our room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The restaurant food was delicious, and everything felt very well taken care of. We celebrated our 15th anniversary there, and the team truly made it a very special day for us with their professionalism and kindness. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone .. couples, families, or anyone looking for a lovely and memorable stay

The staff were very helpful and kind. However the value for money was not there in our opinion. The first room we were in was a very small double with no windows and we paid nearly $400 AUD for that night. We were not expecting fancy accommodation but certainly expected more for that price. The booking did not mention no windows, in fact we recall it showing windows in the photos. The second room that they moved us too on night two at least had a nice outlook and was a little more private. The laundry facilities were very good. Commercial grade and fast and 24/7 access. The accommodation is very dated and there is no security or card swipes to come in other than your room. The location was right in amongst the hustle Myeongdong, which is what we wanted, but for the amount we paid, we would choose somewhere else next time.
