The staff were perfect, friendly, professional, and very helpful. However, the main issue was the room itself. I paid around $300 per night for a premium room, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.
The room was not as clean as I would expect for a hotel at this price point, and the furniture was old, worn, and damaged. For a premium room at $300 per night, I expected a much higher standard in terms of cleanliness, condition, and overall quality.
The staff were excellent, but the room definitely needs renovation and better maintenance.
