Great hotel All around. Completely recommend - wonderful staff, clean rooms with A/C, easy check in and out.

What a wonderful hotel! In an excellent position on the 6th arrondissement, with Notre Dame and The Louvre being a 10 minute walk away. Easy access from Charles De Gaulle airport using the RER and Metro lines - took us approximately one hour. Fantastic and very welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble. They even left us a free drink voucher for 2 due to us booking this hotel for my birthday! So generous! The honesty bar was a great idea, and the champagne was amazing. We stayed in room 27 and it was lovely. Would certainly book here again when we come back to Paris.

Such a wonderful stay. Room was comfortable and clean and had AC, which was great since it was 100 degrees outside. Staff was incredibly helpful and we were even able to check in a little early. Great breakfast in the morning. Huzzah

A beautiful hotel in a quiet part of Paris, but within 10 minutes of bustling shops and restaurants. The staff spoke amazing English and were so helpful. The room was stunning and we even had a view of the Eiffel Tower! The breakfast was lovely and filling and I can definitely recommend the crepes with fruit salad.

We had a fabulous stay at the Park Hyatt. We did have one issue with our air con and the hotel manager was extremely helpful in resolving this issue. I would recommend this hotel for Paris. Rooms are spacious, atmosphere is extremely welcoming, concierge excellent and very attentive front reception and management.

The location was absolutely perfect! From the moment we stepped out of the taxi from the airport, the staff made us feel so welcome. The hotel has such a warm, homely, and comfortable atmosphere. We were celebrating a birthday during our stay, and everyone we interacted with—from reception to the concierge—remembered to wish the birthday girl. They even left a little gift for her, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. There are tons of great food options nearby, and despite being so close to the Louvre, the area was surprisingly quiet. I honestly don’t think I would want to stay anywhere else the next time we visit Paris. This hotel made our stay truly special, and I would happily return!

Very nice

We had one of the corner rooms with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine River. I have previously stayed in a smaller room with CitizenM in Seattle and the size difference was wild. Very spacious room with a nice divider between the bathroom area and sleeping area. We enjoyed all the windows, the media settings, outlets, and most importantly, access to the bar downstairs during our stay. The lobby was also a beautiful space which was one floor up from ground level, which made it feel a bit more safe in the area.

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour ! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, au cœur du 16e arrondissement, avec le métro à proximité ainsi que plusieurs restaurants, commerces et une pharmacie, ce qui rend les déplacements et le quotidien très faciles. Le personnel est également très gentil, accueillant et arrangeant. On s’y sent rapidement à l’aise, dans une ambiance calme et agréable. Mon séjour s’est tellement bien passé que j’ai finalement décidé de prolonger d’une nuit ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerais sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Paris.

This hotel was in a convenient location. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was spacious and clean. I would stay here again!
