Great hotel All around. Completely recommend - wonderful staff, clean rooms with A/C, easy check in and out.

My partner and I stayed in the deluxe room with the balcony. The room, the view, the staff, the location, and the experience overall were just incredible. Highly recommend this hotel and we cannot wait to come back!

We had a fabulous stay at the Park Hyatt. We did have one issue with our air con and the hotel manager was extremely helpful in resolving this issue. I would recommend this hotel for Paris. Rooms are spacious, atmosphere is extremely welcoming, concierge excellent and very attentive front reception and management.

The location was absolutely perfect! From the moment we stepped out of the taxi from the airport, the staff made us feel so welcome. The hotel has such a warm, homely, and comfortable atmosphere. We were celebrating a birthday during our stay, and everyone we interacted with—from reception to the concierge—remembered to wish the birthday girl. They even left a little gift for her, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. There are tons of great food options nearby, and despite being so close to the Louvre, the area was surprisingly quiet. I honestly don’t think I would want to stay anywhere else the next time we visit Paris. This hotel made our stay truly special, and I would happily return!

Clean hotel. Helpful staff. Nice sauna and pool room. Room was a little small but seems typical in Paris. AC struggles a bit on extremely hot days. Great quiet location that is really close to everything!

This was a great stay to be close to all the major tourist attractions and still have AC during the heat wave. I really appreciated the mini ice machine in the lobby so I could have a very cold water when I came in from outside. The room was small but comfortable for one person. Staff were very helpful with local recommendations. Location can't be beat!

I am filing a formal complaint against Expedia for a booking error that left my family, including a 15-year-old child, without safe accommodation during our stay in Paris. I booked a room at 1.75 Paris La Source for August 14–15 explicitly for 2 adults and one child, but upon virtual check-in, the host confirmed the room only accommodated 2 adults and that Expedia had never communicated the third occupant to the property. Since this was a self-service, code-based check-in with no on-site staff, the host had no ability to resolve the issue, and confirmed this was Expedia’s error, not theirs. I then spent over an hour on the phone with Expedia customer service, where the representative offered only a $25 “key cash” credit (later raised to $75) or cancellation for a refund, with no actual solution for where my family should go at 7:00 PM in a foreign city with a minor child in tow. This was not a host error or a mistake on my part — the occupancy details I provided were correct, and the failure to relay them was entirely Expedia’s. A $75 credit is not an acceptable resolution for leaving a family stranded without secured lodging due to your company’s error. I am demanding a full refund of the booking cost as compensation, along with written confirmation that this complaint has been logged, and I expect a response within 5 business days. Thank you.

J’ai passé un très agréable séjour ! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, au cœur du 16e arrondissement, avec le métro à proximité ainsi que plusieurs restaurants, commerces et une pharmacie, ce qui rend les déplacements et le quotidien très faciles. Le personnel est également très gentil, accueillant et arrangeant. On s’y sent rapidement à l’aise, dans une ambiance calme et agréable. Mon séjour s’est tellement bien passé que j’ai finalement décidé de prolonger d’une nuit ! Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerais sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Paris.

This hotel was in a convenient location. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was spacious and clean. I would stay here again!
