Friendly staff, good room and location

Well appointed apartment. Great kitchenette. Wonderful shower. Plenty of room and storage. Courteous and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Beatifull hotel ...awesome staff

Overall, our stay at the hotel was very good and we were satisfied with the facilities and service throughout our visit. However, we experienced some inconvenience during check-in. We were initially informed that there was no booking for the second room reserved for my colleague. Without thoroughly checking the system, the receptionist concluded that the booking did not exist and advised us to contact Expedia or book another room. Fortunately, another member of the reception team reviewed the system more carefully and was able to locate the reservation. This situation could have been avoided with a more thorough check of the booking system before drawing conclusions. A little extra diligence at check-in would help ensure a smoother and more welcoming arrival experience for guests.

The hotel location was perfect. The room was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Clean room, lovely staff who answered all our questions about Paris-especially how the Metro worked. My room fulfilled more than what was expected. The Hôtel location is brilliant.
